Sometimes the neutral approach just doesn’t cut it.

Have you noticed all the vibrant colors popping up on the ‘Gram lately? Saturated outfits in pink, green, yellow, orange and blue. The people are craving happier, brighter times after living over a year in a pandemic! And what better way to set the mood than with a colorful look everyday? I’m sure feeling the vibe. Happy colors – happy mood.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m a sucker for the neutrals. Black, white and beige are my definite go-to’s both in my closet and in my home. But seeing all these colors around me has inspired me to leave my (basic) comfort zone, and step into the wonderful world of colors!

In this post, we’re going to take a look at the 3 most trending colors of Spring 2021!

PURPLE

I read somewhere that «if you can wear it, you should also be able to decorate your home with that color». And, damn, that slaps. If you’re comfortable wearing a lavender blazer, you sure as hell should dare to add some of that delicious pastel to your interior!

Purple is definitely making it’s apperance this season, both in fashion and interior. It’s safe to say that we are O B S E S S E D. Like, damnnn, it’s such a pleasing color. It seems like the pastel shade of the color is holding strong, but feel free to play around with different shades.

PINK

Another pop of color we’re seeing a lot this season is PINK💕 This vibrant hue comes in many shades, but we’re currently into neon and pastel. Pink is a bold color, and sprinkling it around your home will give it character and confidence.

GREEN

Last, but definitely not least: We have to talk about green. Really saturated, neon-like green. This striking color is making it’s comeback in the fashion world, and as we all know, fashion and interior goes pretty much hand in hand. 

I’m a huge fan of neon green. Since I’m a «fuck what they think» kind of person, I don’t mind flashing my neon tracksuit and having everyone looking at me like I’ve lost my shit. I like being super extra, and that’s what this color is to me.
